- 2 cloves garlic peeled and finely chopped

- i tablespoon lime juice or ½ lime
- one teaspoon lime zest

- 4 Boston lettuce leaves or Romaine separated into leaves, to serve
Dressing
- one tablespoon kokosnoot aminos
- one tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ red chili pepper thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped
- ane teaspoon fish sauce
- ane teaspoon golden lankato monkfruit sweetener
- ane tbsp olive oil

Heat a large frying pan over high heat and add your olive oil.
